Kathleen made this.  It was very tasty.  She made a caramel sauce and served it with that and ice-cream.

 Rich Pound Cake
12 egg yolks (save the whites for Angel food Cake that is coming soon!)
3 cups flour
2 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2  teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup cold water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees .

Spray a 12 cup bundt pan with cooking spray.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.  In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thick. Beat in sugar for 2 minutes on high speed..
Reduce speed to low and add vanilla, lemon, and cold water. Add flour mixture while beating on low until just mixed.

Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown or when toothpick comes out clean.
Cool cake for 15 minutes on wire rack before removing from the pan.  #Desserts
